Can I order a custom kit for my cycling club?
We don't offer custom kits at this stage, but feel free to reach out to us at birdcyclingwear@gmail.com, we'd love to hear from you.

What materials are your jerseys made from?
All BIRD cycling jerseys are made entirely from recycled materials. We believe great performance kit shouldn't come at the cost of the planet.
What is the fit like?
Our jerseys are designed with a race fit, close to the body for aerodynamic performance. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Check our size guide for exact measurements.
How do I wash my Bird kit?
Machine wash cold (30°C), zipped up, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage the technical fabric.
What designs do you currently offer?
Our first collection is the Kingfisher series, inspired by the striking colours of kingfisher birds found in nature. It includes the Kingfisher jersey, Kingfisher bib shorts, and the Black Capped Kingfisher jersey. More collections inspired by birds are coming in future drops.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the Netherlands only, but want to expand to the rest of Europe soon. For international orders outside the Netherlands, contact us at birdcyclingwear@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. European orders will need to be determined case by case.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order. See our full return policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at birdcyclingwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with instructions within 2 business days.
Can I exchange my jersey for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size.
