Returns

We want you to love your BIRD cycling kit. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.

How to return

1. Send an email to birdcyclingwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll reply with return instructions and a shipping address

3. Ship the item back and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at birdcyclingwear@gmail.com. We'll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Bird Cycling complies with EU consumer law, giving you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
